We’re looking for someone to take over a furnished double room in our friendly, professional house share in Brixton from 1st December!

The house has loads of great communal space, including a big kitchen, spacious living room and a large garden. There are also two bathrooms, so no morning queues, and a cleaner comes every two weeks to keep the communal areas tidy.

The room is a smaller double, ideal if you’re looking for a comfortable space of your own while still enjoying a sociable house share.

📍 The location

One of the best things about the house is the location. We’re just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Brockwell Park - also home of Brockwell Lido!

There’s a great pub around the corner, while a record shop, post office and corner shops are all within a 30-second walk. There are also plenty of lovely bakeries and coffee shops nearby, plus a gym just 5 minutes away.

Brixton station is around a 20-minute walk, and there are several bus stops within a minute of the house. There are also bike lock-ups on the street.

👋 The housemates

You’d be living with four working professionals (3 male, 1 female) in a social, friendly house. We enjoy having a nice shared space and getting on with each other, while respecting everyone’s own routines and downtime.

We’re open to anyone who thinks they’d be a good fit!
