The location is great – 10 mins walk from Brixton station! It’s also just 2 minutes from Sainsbury’s, 3 minutes from the bus stop, and 10 minutes from the beautiful Brockwell Park. We’re surrounded by cute coffee shops, great takeaways, post office, shops, music venues, bars, and Brixton Village right down the road.
The room is available from 29th October for a 12-month lease at £1,250/month plus roughly £150 for bills.
A spacious en-suite with a king sized bed, fully furnished with a desk, a massive built-in wardrobe, side cupboard, table and chairs, and bedside tables.
You’ll be living with two of my close friends – Vira, 26, works in climate policy, and Tilly Bristow, 29, Aussie graphic designer. They both love trying new restaurants, live music, festivals, pub trips, movie nights, picnics in the park, running, and travelling. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and respectful who enjoys hanging out at home but also happy to respect personal space after busy work days.
