Hi! I'm sadly moving out to be closer to work so I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Brixton Hill 🏡

You'll be sharing with two lovely professional women in their mid-20s who are friendly, respectful and easy to live with 🌟

About the flat & area:
- 3 bedroom flat with 1.5 bathrooms, large living room and a separate kitchen.
- The flat is on the 2nd floor with unfortunately no lift access.
- The building is just off Brixton Hill road with great connections to Central London: 20-25 mins walk to the tube (or 12 mins by bus!), 20 mins walk to the Thameslink, and a quick 5 mins walk from the bus stop with plenty of routes to Central (59, 133, 159, 333)
- Brockwell Park is just 10 minutes away, where you'll find the best bakery in London 🥐
- You'll also have Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local 5 mins away, with a Tesco Superstore and a mid-size Sainsbury's less than 15 mins away as well. Closer to Brixton station there is M&S Food Hall and a newly opened Gail's!

About the room & details:
- This is the largest room in the flat, facing SW so there's always plenty of natural light ☀️
- Room comes fully furnished with large double bed, 'walk-in' closet, chest of drawers, etc.
- Rent is £946/month, plus bills of around £120 depending on the season
- Available from November 8, but can be flexible on move-in dates!
- Sadly no pets, couples, smoking, or parties.
