Lovely double room in flat share in Brixton with 2 friendly existing flatmates.

The room itself is a good size double with plenty of storage and comes fully furnished including a sizable double wardrobe, mirror, chest of draws, desk and double bed.

The flat is spacious and modern with lots of extra storage (shoe cupboards, space for your suitcases etc).We also have a good sized living room which we enjoy hanging out in together and two bathrooms. All bills are included (including council tax).

The flat is in a fantastic location with supermarkets, cafés, pubs, gym and a park all within easy walking distance. It's only a 12 minute walk to Brixton with its great restaurants, shops and nightlife.

The flat is really well connected, only a 12 minutes walk from Brixton station and 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop into central London. Clapham, Streatham and Herne Hill are all also easily reachable from the flat and Brixton station is well connected via the Victoria line, train and many busses. The flat also has bike storage if you cycle.

About us:

We are Jenny and Naomi and we both work office jobs (and do those largely from the office!) We're a relaxed and sociable household, and enjoy a chat when in the flat together and an occasional trip to the pub or dinner but we also respect each other's space! We're looking for another relaxed and friendly flatmate to join us in our flat. Whilst we enjoy hanging out and are both often out and about in the evening, it's not a party house but a lovely space to look forward to after a busy day.
