Looking for a new housemate to take over my room in a lovely, social house in Brixton Hill!
Looking for: A female housemate aged 27, someone planning to stay long-term and who already has a job (no guarantors sorry!)
📅 Move-in: mid December
📍 Location:
- 8–10 minute walk to Brixton Station
- 1–2 minute walk to a large Tesco
- Buses run from the end of the street
- Walking distance to Clapham
🛏️ The room:
- Great-sized and sunny room with a king bed
- Other furniture can potentially be purchased if interested
- Back of the house so it doesn’t get the noise from the street
💷 Rent: £1,012.50 per month + bills (approx £100-120 per month)
🏡The house:
You’ll be sharing with four other housemates (three girls and one guy), all aged 27+. Everyone’s really lovely, gets along well and are very social. We enjoy doing things together as a house, but everyone also has their own friends and appreciates their own space too.
- Seperate toilet and shower on bedroom level shared with 2 others
- Second shower and toilet upstairs
- Seperate toilet on entrance level
- Outdoor space is great for summer
- Kitchen/dining space has a huge sliding door which makes it nice and bright
- Great sized house across 3 levels, so it doesn’t feel too busy even though there’s 5 people
