Large Room in Brixton!

Hey everyone, as our housemate Ollie moves in with his partner, Emilia and I are on the search for a new housemate!

The room is large, furnished (space for a desk), and gets lots of natural light. The flat is modern, well-cared for, and even has a cleaner included in the rent. We also have a spare room that's we use as a pantry / storage / place for friends to crash.

Being a minute away from Brixton station makes commuting and coming back home a breeze. We’re perfectly located with big Tesco's, brockwell park, Brixton village etc a very short walk away.

A little about me (Luca):

I'm 26 year old clinical researcher, I love all things art so am often at galleries, cinema, theatre, concerts etc, l also like to stay active (primarily bouldering lol), and I'd say I'm quite sociable so I'd love to have flatmates where we can be friends rather than just co-lodgers.

And a little from Emilia:

I'm 23 and work in advertising. I like art, live gigs and going out with friends. I love meeting new people and feel it’s should always be the more the merrier at any social occasion.
