Our flatmate is moving out so looking for her replacement in the new year.

The room is a small double. All the furniture in the pics will be there for you. Can also add a chest of drawers and a chair. The futon turns into a double bed and comes with two mattress toppers.

Location - quiet residential area, strong community feel. Easy access to Brixton, Tulse Hill, Streatham and Herne Hill. Good bus links to south and central London.

Brockwell Park and an amazing independent pub next door, and a big Sainsbury’s 10 min walk.

Us - we are a friendly, considerate couple in our mid 30s. Love a clean flat and cosy evenings in. Up for hanging out all together with board games, dinners, movies, popping out to the pub, but also love doing our own thing. We are looking for someone to fit in and get on with.

Situation - this room is best suited to someone who can vacate the room for a few weeks during Christmas and summer (Aug) as the landlord/owner, who lives abroad, wants to use the flat during their visits to London.

The bills are not included and will be around £200 on top of rent.
