Flatmate is moving out so we are looking for a new person to move into this awesome flat! Moving in date is ideally 1 September 2025.

The flat is split on two floors, has a lovely living room / dining area with a big window along one wall to bring in lots of light and a serving hatch into the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathroom and separate toilet are upstairs. It also has a generous balcony, room for sitting out and growing things or a BBQ, which will be good for the summer.

The kitchen was renovated a couple of years ago, and the common areas re carpeted and re painted The flat is in good condition and the landlord's agent who deals with any snags are pretty efficient. The landlords have always been very reasonable to deal with.

Room: a small double bedroom but with space for a double bed, wardrobe, small desk and bedside table.

Great value for money given the location! Exact deposit amount to be confirmed.

Bills: gas and heating are included in the rent. The rest of the bills come to around £115/120 per month per person. Please also note there will be a new tenant fee to be paid to the agency who manage the flat for the landlord.

The flat is in central Brixton, close to bus stops with good links to the rest of London. Brixton tube station (Victoria line) is 5-7 minutes walk and Stockwell tube station (Victoria and Northern line) is 15-20 minutes walk or a quick bus ride away. Brixton train station is also only a few minutes walk away, with direct trains to Victoria on the Orpington line.

We're close to the famous Brixton markets and a couple of minutes walk to the leisure centre. There is a Sainsbury's and various corner stores within easy walking distance of the flat.

The current flatmates are in their early 30’s including a working professional, working from home 1-2 days a week, and a NHS worker. Looking for flatmates who are friendly and sociable but also respectful of noise levels and personal space. As a flat we love the occasional movie night or Netflix binge together and are often out at the theatre or gigs.
