Sociable house share in Brixton

We are a friendly and sociable house share, looking for someone similar to move in at the start of October. Unfortunately we are not open to students or backpackers.

The flat is a split-level penthouse apartment, which includes a small gym in the lobby and concierge. The available room is a large sized double, with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.

The room is fully furnished, rent is inclusive of bills and at £810 is great value for money in the area. The deposit is an additional £842.

We’re a pretty laid back flat and it’s quite common to find us on weeknights after work huddled in front of the TV watching a film or a bad reality show. But we’re also a pretty sociable bunch and just like most other people in their mid to late twenties, we go out on the weekends, drink with friends, go to gigs, the cinema, and just generally see what London has to offer.
