£480 (All Inclusive) Available From 20 June 2015

I have a beautiful small double room available from 20/06/2015, tidy, sociable flat. The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe with plenty more space for other furniture you might have. The kitchen has 1 large fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer lots of storage space and hot water on tap. the bathroom has a bath and shower and there is a private phone entry system.

Brixton station is less than 5 minutes walk, There are also at least 10 different buses that come from clapham, brixton hill or central London.

£480 a month will cover rent, cleaner (once I week), council tax, Gas/electricity/water and broadband. So there is no extra charges.

The house is an ex-council house.
It benefits from off street parking (free)
