Cozy single room in Vegan Townhouse w Garden

Hello lovely people.... looking for a VEGAN GIRL to share a 3 bed peaceful town house fronted by trees and lawn.

Please let us know you're vegan or plant based when you message or auto reply will be sent. The room is available now - just waiting for the right person. While we're looking for someone to stay for 6 months or longer short term lets 3 months or less will be considered for £700 per month.

Looking to live with someone working outside of the house during the day/week please. This is a quiet house and we're both up early (4.30) and early to bed.

The single room has a walk in closet with a sky light, a book shelf and a dressing table as well as a desk and chair. It's next to the main bath in the house.

House is carpeted 1970's terrace townhouse: all rooms are on different levels. Sunny meditation room /lounge above eat in kitchen -for yoga and reading.

All bills included: high speed internet, TV licence, water, gas, electric, insurance, Lambeth council tax Band D, cleaner 2 x a month, most household supplies including spices.

There's central heating, gas cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, vegan cooking implements: blender, food processor, kettle, juice blender, steamer, toaster, tofu press, but no microwave, air fryer or barista coffee machine.

There's a sunny small herb garden in an enclosed garden/ patio behind the house. Off street parking will require council permits for parking starting in April which will not be included in the rent; Bike Storage inside the garage is £50 a month extra. There is a public bike lock up not far from the house.

Brockwell Park/Clapham Common are 20-30 min walk from house as is Balham and Tooting Common

Sharing with a vegan working for a major charity; I've a meditation/qi gong practice, study Buddhism, enjoy plant based cooking, gardening, reading, museums; the other housemate is a journalist; yoga teacher; with similar interests.

Looking for considerate housemates on the same vibe 🧘‍♀️ whose looking for a calm quiet house to come home to and willing to treat the house as their home but who have their own interests. We both have yoga, meditation, tai chi, etc practices.

Plants welcome for indoors; there are pots and seeds for planting herbs in the garden. Most housemates have been non-drinkers or social drinkers.

There are hidden parks close to the house for walking, running in Brockwell Park. Food shopping in Streatham, Brixton, Tulse Hill, Balham & Clapham Common with vegan eateries a 10 -15 minute walk or bus ride.
