Hi there,

I'm looking to let out the second bedroom in my 2 bed / 2 bathroom flat on a Monday - Friday basis.

**There is currently scaffolding/netting around the building due to a cladding upgrade. The netting is due to come down in March.**

The flat is in a great location - minutes from Stockwell, Clapham North and Brixton. The best bakery in Clapham is just around the corner, as are all of the local amenities that you could possibly need. It's on the first floor and in a secure gated new build, looking onto a central green courtyard. There is also a bike store and car park in the basement.

The room itself is large (14ft by 8ft) and comes complete with:

- floor to ceiling window
- double bed with mattress
- large wardrobe with mirror
- chest of drawers & bedside table

My room has the en-suite, however you will have exclusive access to the main bathroom which has a bath/shower.

The rent includes all bills including:

- 1GB Hyperoptic broadband
- cleaner every 2 weeks
- Netflix
- council tax
- water
- all household cleaning products used by the cleaner

When I'm not at work, I'm at the gym or seeing friends for drinks, etc.
