Description
Sadly our amazing housemate is moving out so we're looking for a new housemate for our fab flat.
The room:
A spacious double room with views over the garden.
The flat:
The flat is split over two floors with the smaller (advertised) bedroom on its own floor. There is a separate kitchen and living room that both get a lot of light and makes it good for having friends round or just binging Netflix for hours on end. The pictures although glossy don't show how homey the flat is (the fish tank is no longer there but we've added lots of cushions!). The house was recently refurbished with all new furniture and has a beautiful split level garden with a BBQ. Perfect for summer!
Location:
It's very well connected - around a 5 min walk to both Brixton and Loughborough Junction stations. We're on the edges of Brixton and camberwell so near to loads of pubs, supermarkets and Brixton village. For fitness fans, there's a gym and leisure centre nearby and the flat is walkable to Ruskin and Brockwell parks.
About us:
Sam (26) and Phoebe (27), we're a couple who both work in central London. We love living in the flat and are looking for an easy going (and tidy) housemate to share it with and if you can help us not kill our house plants even better!
Bills:
Bills are between £80-£100 a month.
