Spacious Brixton House share

Lovely spacious room in 4 storey period house in Brixton.

We're a friendly household, with 6 of us currently in the house, aged 28 - 35) all professionals (3 guys and 3 girls,). Unfortunately, one of the guys is leaving us after 3+ years in the house. We are a fun household often cooking together and enjoying the occasional flat outing, house party or garbage tv in and are looking for someone social to join the group.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large kitchen and conservatory that leads onto a huge back garden.

We’re about a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube and train stations, less than 5 minutes to Loughborough Junction station and the bus links are excellent!

Rent is £850 a month and we each pay £110 a month into an account for bills, which covers gas, electricity, water, internet, TV, council tax and a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is £588.

The room itself looks out over the back garden so is on the quiet side of the house and gets minimal street noise and great morning sun all year round. The room has some lovely character features and unfurnished, landlord can acquire a bed if needed. The room is available from the 2nd of Nov.

As this is a large house, we require our future housemate to be clean, tidy and up for a chat over trash tv.
