Hello everyone.
We have one single room available in a lovely 5-bed house located between between Brixton station and Loughborough junction.
It's a very chilled house and we are currently 3 girls and 1 guy from Sweden, New Zealand, Ireland and Australia living here and we want to find a flatmate who is looking for a place that will feels like a home and not just a place to stay at. We all get on really well and like to catch up with each other after work in front of the TV or have a few drinks in the pub together! :)
*THE SINGLE ROOM*:
The room is fully furnished with a single bed, chest of drawer and a wardrobe with plenty of storage inside and above it
The house has a great sized kitchen, massive lounge and a big garden so there's plenty of communal space.
We have a main bathroom upstairs and also a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge etc and all appliances are new.
All bills are included and this includes council tax, full speed internet and all utilities. We pay £24/month for a cleaner coming once a week cleaning the communal areas.
With 10 minutes walking distance to Brixton station and 7 minutes walking distance Loughborough Junction is the place well connected by transport links and you can easily get anywhere in London.
