In our flat located literally 5 mins walking distance from Brixton tube/train station we have a room available.
The room is very bright because facing south so you'll get the sun from morning up to the evening. It's furnished as per the pictures and the table/desk is foldable so that you can save space if needed.
The balcony is only accessible by the room and for your sole use.

We are 3 in total in the flat.

No references needed as no agency involved.

All bills included.
