We have a bright, cosy room available from 12 July until mid/late August in a recently refurbished flat, just a 5-minute walk from both Brixton tube/train station and Loughborough Junction.

This is a short-term let only, making it ideal if you're looking for a place for a few weeks before moving elsewhere.

The room faces south and gets sunlight throughout the day. It's fully furnished, with a foldable desk/table and storage integrated within the bed to help save space. Best of all, you'll have exclusive access to a private balcony directly from your room – perfect for a morning coffee or some fresh air.

About the flat:

- Shared with 2 friendly flatmates, a Kiwi and a French/American (3 people in total)
- Fully refurbished, clean and well maintained
- Fast fibre broadband
- No agency involved
- Bills included, except gas & electricity (around £30/month per person)
- Cleaner once per week
