This single room is fitted with a double bed and has a lovely garden view. It has an airing cupboard to dry clothes and has plenty of storage space and a section to hang clothes. The house is in a quiet location and is very close to all types of public transport. It is 5 minutes from Crofton Park station and a 10 minute walk from Honour Oak Park Station (overground service) and 10 minutes from Brockley station Zone 2. we have buses - 122, 172, 171, P4 and P12. There are 2 x supermarkets and plenty of smaller shops. Close to bars and pubs. We are a working couple and are looking for someone who wants peace and quiet but likes to socialize sometimes but this is not necessary if they want their own space. We want to offer this room as we know that there is a shortage of rooms and want to help keep costs down for people wanting to rent.
