Description
Looking for an awesome person to fill my spare room in Brockley, South-East London
Available from 1st December 2024
NEW HOUSEMATE
I am searching for an individual who will show consideration for shared areas - preference will be given to a working professional or mature student. The space includes access to a full kitchen, washing machine, separate television with Sky plus M250 Fibre Broadband Internet.
SHARING WITH
As an accountant, I have resided in this area my entire life. I am a calm, organised, and easy-going person with interests in various activities such as socialising, going to the theatre, teaching dance to local children, travelling the world, helping local people, and movies.
THE ROOM
Bright, airy double room with ample space for one person. The room comes furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, under-bed storage, full-length mirror, dressing table, and a small desk and chair. The room was recently decorated with new furniture, freshly painted walls, and new carpeting. The room is located at the front of the house.
THE REST OF THE HOUSE
Lovely, spacious Victorian terraced house located within the Brockley conservation area. The home has a newly refurbished dining room and kitchen area. There are double-glazed windows throughout as well as central heating in all rooms. The house is located close to several bus routes and is a 5min walk to Brockley station, which has direct connections to Central London (Zone 2) Overground or South Eastern Railway from Brockley Station. It is also within walking distance to renowned Goldsmiths University of London, known for its world-leading research and high-quality teaching.
The Kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage. There is a shared bathroom (bath and shower) and toilet.
