We are looking for a housemate to join our household in Brockley. The area is very pleasant and quiet, there is the Hilly Fields park a couple of steps away, which opens up to a beautiful view on top of the hill, overlooking the city. Our house is 12min walk away from the Brockley station (Overground line and National Rail Services).
The house is very warm, pleasant and clean. The room has a big walk-in wardrobe and a private sink. It faces South which means that it gets sunny/bright in the morning and mid-day.
Our household is a mixture of students and young professionals (specialising in music, art, fashion, sustainable resources) we get along very well and there is a nice atmosphere at the house. We’re looking for a housemate who would also be reliable, friendly and clean. We are looking for someone to stay for at least 1 year with a possibility of extension.
(Monthly bills come up to about £41 for council tax, £25 for gas and electricity, £5 for wifi and £11 for water)
