Hello!

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate who is ideally a working professional and in the office around three to four days a week. I hope to find someone who wants a home rather than just a place to stay, and who would like to stay for at least a year.

The flat has just been fully renovated, so everything is fresh, modern and in excellent condition.

The location is very convenient, only a five to ten minute walk to Brockley Station and about ten minutes to St Johns, with excellent transport links into central London.

Rent is £700 per month.
Bills are £150 per month and the cleaner is £30 per month.
The move in date is 2nd January (but can be a little bit flexible)

The available double room is bright and spacious and comes furnished with a bed, mattress, bedding and a wardrobe.

The flat includes a cosy living room, a beautifully refurbished and fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and access to a lovely communal garden that is perfect in spring and summer. There is also free street parking.

A little about me: I enjoy reading, long hikes, cooking and going to the theatre. I’m clean, easy-going and independent. I’m always happy to share the occasional meal or chat but I’m equally respectful of personal space and downtime.

I’m looking for someone who is similarly clean, considerate and easy to live with.
