Two lovely double rooms available in a large, quiet and stylish house on a leafy road in Brockley. One room features a private en-suite, while the other has access to a separate WC. Both rooms are fully furnished to a high standard and come equipped with desks, making them perfect for professionals who work from home occasionally.

The house is large, peaceful and beautifully maintained, with everything you need for comfortable living. You'll mostly be sharing the space with one other person (if both rooms advertised are occupied) as I, the live-in landlord am based outside of London and will only be at the property with my young daughter on the very occasional weekend (occupying the third bedroom) — so you’ll have plenty of privacy and space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, plus a large island for cooking and dining. The living area includes a large TV and high-speed internet, which are included in the rent, along with all other bills (utilities, council tax, etc.).

To help keep things in top shape, I’ll also arrange for a bi-weekly cleaner.
