Double bedroom. Looking for someone to move in between now and the end of January. Early in this time frame is preferable if possible.
£850 a month – not including bills. (However luckily the flat stays quite warm in winter).
Bills come to about £160 per person per month currently.
It's a spacious modern flat with private terrace balcony the whole length of the flat. There is a Costcutter on the ground floor of the building, along with a couple of other shops a stones throw away, and local cafés 2 mins away.
The room is unfurnished. Bedroom 2 in the floor plan. Additional storage available in the cupboard in the hallway just for you.
Photos included show the current flatmate's layout and furniture which they will be taking with them.

Super conveniently placed right next to Brockley Station, with a 10 minute direct train to London Bridge Station and London Overground line to Highbury & Islington.

I'm Abbi and I've been living in London for four years. I work as an assistant manager of a pub, so my hours usually include a lot of evenings and weekends. I'm a bit of a homebody, so like a chill vibe and my own space, but also try to make the most of my time off when I have it. Always up for a cocktail or a film night in. I also love a mooch around a market, a chance to try a new restaurant/bakery, or having a wander around the city. If you're into theatre, I'm always looking for someone to catch a show with!
