A very spacious and bright double bedroom is available in my lovely ground floor flat in Brockley (Zone 2), just a stone’s throw from the highly sought-after Telegraph Hill, and under a 10-minute walk to both Brockley and Nunhead stations, making commuting into central London quick and easy.

The room gets tons of natural light and includes a built-in desk and wardrobe, but is otherwise unfurnished, giving you flexibility to make it your own.

The flat itself is relaxed, clean and well-kept. It has a standard bathroom with bath and shower, a modern kitchen with plenty of worktop and storage space (plus oven, microwave, toaster and kettle), and a small but cosy lounge filled with houseplants. The highlight is the large private rear garden! a real suntrap, perfect for WFH days or summer BBQs. There’s also on-street parking available with no permits or charges.

Brockley is a brilliant neighbourhood with a great mix of parks, cafes and pubs, and a really friendly, vibrant feel. From Brockley station, you can reach London Bridge in around 9 minutes, or Shoreditch High Street in under 20 via the Overground, with easy connections to Canary Wharf and the Elizabeth Line. Nunhead station offers additional routes into Blackfriars, Cannon Street and beyond.

A bit about me: I’ve lived in the flat for 3 years and work as a freelancer in the film & TV industry. I’m clean, tidy, and easygoing; happy to socialise but also respectful of personal space. I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate to take over the room.

The initial tenancy is for 4 months (8th June to 8th October), with potential to extend if it’s a good fit for everyone.
