Room available in Brockley from 1st October

Hi! I’m Anastacia and me and my flatmate Rowan are looking for someone to move into our 3-bed house in Brockley (SE4) from 1st October, as our current flatmate Eia is moving out.
The room is £750/month (bills not included) and the deposit is £750.
The room is quite small with a double bed, but there’s still room for a desk. It has a south-facing window so gets lots of sunlight and a lovely sunset in the afternoon. There’s also a cupboard directly outside the room for clothes/storage and another wardrobe on the landing.
The house has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
We’re about 10 minutes walk from Brockley Overground, 2 minutes from an off-licence, 4 minutes from a little Sainsbury’s and there’s a small community garden 2 minutes away. Telegraph Hill is about a 15 minute walk and there are lots of cats around the area.
Me and Rowan are both in our 20s and would ideally like someone around a similar age. We’re both creative and pretty easygoing. We like chatting and hanging out at home but also have our own things going on. We’d like someone who is tidy, considerate and up for being friends as well as housemates.
The house is LGBTQ+ friendly.
Rent is £750/month + bills.
Deposit is £750.
Council tax is Band C.
Available from 1st October.
