A large, light-filled double bedroom in my spacious 900 sq ft two-bed flat in Brockley, available for a fixed stay from 9 January to 1 May 2027. Ideal for a couple or a single person.

I'm Michael, and this is my home. I'll be working abroad during this period, so you'll have the flat largely to yourselves. My bedroom stays locked with my belongings, and everything else is yours to use.

Under 5 minutes' walk to Brockley station, with trains to London Bridge in 12 minutes and the Overground Windrush line running north through Canada Water and Shoreditch. Close to Brockley's cafés, pubs and markets.

THE DETAILS

- £1,600 per month, all bills included (gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, council tax)
- Same price for one person or a couple
- Deposit of £1,800, returned within 10 days of move-out against a photo inventory
- Fixed dates only: move in 9 Jan, move out 1 May
- References and right to rent checks required
- Optional fortnightly cleaner, arranged and paid directly
- No smoking. Cats welcome; sorry, no dogs
- Guests welcome, but no parties

A friend nearby will hold a spare key and be on hand if anything comes up while I'm away.
