Larg double room in Brockley Victorian w/ garden

large double room available near Brockley station. The house is on two floors with a cute garden and large double living room.

I'm looking for someone who wants to live in a home, not a flatshare, enjoys chilling and cooking at home but has their own life going on. However I've always lived with pals so want to find someone who like to occasionally go to the pub or catch a comedy show together.

Preferably looking for someone who works mostly from the office. At least three days a week.

Brockley is more on the chilled side but full of loads of pubs and great coffee spots (and parks!)
