Beautiful double room in a family home

We think our location is superb in terms of accessibility to London. 5 mins walks to Brockley Station/ Tube (Windrush Line) & British Rail. Trains leaving every few minutes especially at peak time. You can be in London Bridge within 12 mins, Charing X within 22 mins, City/ Shoreditch 18 mins and Canary Wharf in 15 mins. 10 mins to Jubilee line.

The room is beautiful and spacious. It is furnished with a double bed and mattress, side tables, small sofa, wardrobe and chest of drawers. As you can see the original fireplace is present but it is not functioning.

All bills included including WIFI.

It is a family home. We are both professionals and we have 2 children. A 11 years old and a 16 years old. The house spans over 4 floors and is large enough to accomodate a family and maintain individual privacy. Parking is unrestricted and you have access to free wireless broadband. We also have a large garden which you are welcome to use and indeed do some gardening!

As a family we are friendly, helpful and respectful of your personal and professional needs.

Our perfect lodger would be a professional that would work from home no more than 2 days a week. We would consider 5 day or 7 day let. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is mature and considerate. In which case, we may consider a short let.

As well as being incredibly accessible to London, Brockley is a wonderful place to live. We have all kinds of conveniences on our doorstep, as well as local Tesco & Sainsburys). We are also very close to historic Blackheath & Greenwich, 5 - 10 minute drive. Greenwich now has a Waitrose! Our local park called Hilly Field is lovely - nice for walk, run, tennis etc
