Hello!
I’m looking to sublet my room. The contract can become rolling monthly and can be discussed further.

The flat has been recently renovated, with a brand new full size kitchen and bathroom.

All the bedroom furniture is also brand new and has only been used for about 5 months. The flat has been taken care with good-quality furniture and a proper mattress — not the usual cheap stuff you sometimes see 🙌
Cats are allowed.

Appliances & features:

• 1GB Ethernet speeds, 250mb wifi speeds. - With 3 routers across the flat

• LG tall fridge

• LG washer/dryer

• Smart lock

• Smart door camera
• Kitchen is fully furnished, don’t need to bring your own
The room also now has a desk, which isn’t shown in the photos.

Bills:

All bills are included except heating and gas, which are split 3 ways each month — usually around £35 per person 💷

The flat:
Separate renovated shower and toilet, we never have any clashes due to this.

There’s a cosy living room with a 4K TV and a guest bed for visitors.

The flat is right next to Bromley-by-Bow station (District and Hammersmith line) — literally less than a 1-minute walk and super easy layover to the Central line at Mile End and 1 stop away from West Ham and Stratford.

Super convenient access to Sainsbury’s, a big Tesco, and two gyms nearby.
Devon DLR is also just a 5-minute walk 🚆

Your flatmates:

 Kelsey (27) — WFH in QA testing, loves reading, working out, painting and spending time with friends

Autumn (28) — In-office, Recently started a Software Engineering role at Amazon after a 1-year sabbatical in Japan 🇯🇵 Enjoys bouldering, reading, and staying active

Both flatmates are super easy to get along with and really make the flat feel like home.
We respect each other’s boundaries but also enjoy hanging out spontaneously.
