The building itself is on a new build development, within a 4-minute walk from the tube station (District line and Hammersmith & City line), and a 5-minute walk from the DLR station. It’s super well connected with easy access to both central London and Canary Wharf.
There’s a small Sainsbury’s, a Tesco Superstore, and key amenities such as a GP and pharmacy all within a few minutes walk. The building itself has bike storage, and there’s a gym in one of the other buildings on the development which you can make use of.
 
It’s a 2-bed flat with a spacious bathroom, open-plan kitchen, underfloor heating, balcony and incredible views over Canary Wharf and the City. The room (and wider flat) comes fully furnished.
 
The rent includes most bills including council tax. It is excluding electricity bill.
 
About me: I’m a 34 y/o HR-professional and go to the office most days (3 - 5 days per week). Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, running, spending time with friends and family, reading and doing crafts. Even though I have my own social life, I enjoy spending time with my flatmate here and there such as watching a movie together or just having a chat at the end of the day.
