Double En-Suite Room

Double room with ensuite available in 2 bed flat with me :)

I’m 27 and have been living in this flat for almost 2 years now. I have a vintage clothing shop on Brick Lane where I work around 4 days a week (big discounts for friends!!) and a business in hospitality which I work on out and about 1-2 days per week

I’d like to live with someone where we can be friends not just flatmates !! I’m very into fashion and love a good charity shop/car boot day, also very into running/gym. I generally like a chilled, laidback yet social home but also up for the occasional night out/drinks ! I’d like to maintain a clean and tidy home, this is hugely important for me

The Flat

-The room is unfurnished but comes with a big built-in wardrobe with mirror doors (bed and tables in photo NOT included)

-The flat has lots of natural light with an open kitchen/living room and balcony with nice views. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer & washer/dryer

The Building

-It’s within a new build called Riverstone Heights by Way of Life (can Google their website for more info.) The building contains a communal roof terrace with views of London (so nice in the summer as it has sun loungers and bbqs to hire etc!) and a communal lounge/kitchen/dining area also on the roof terrace which you can book out say you want to host a dinner party or something. There’s also a communal work area (perf for working from home!) with meeting desks, lockers, a phone booth and another kitchen

-24hr reception team who are so helpful and friendly

-Pets allowed (I don’t have any)

-Bromley-by-Bow, E3 (zone 2/3)

-Shops nearby incl big Tesco a 2 min walk away!

-Gym next door

-30 min walk to Westfield Stratford

-30 min walk to Hackney Wick (nice walk along the canal in summer🍺)

Transport

-Bromley-by-Bow station a 1 min walk away (District and Hammersmith and City lines)

-Bus stops nearby with links to Stratford, Hackney, Dalston, Canary Wharf

-Generally lots of good and quick routes to get around London
