Move-In
My best friend is moving in with her boyfriend in November so I’m looking for someone to take over her room.
Ideally the sooner the better but we can be flexible for the right person.

🛏️ The Room & Flat
The room is a small double with its own main bathroom, which is perfect for someone who likes having their own space and privacy. The room comes with a bed and bedside table, and there are drawers available for you to use.
There is also a wardrobe that we bought from IKEA around 6 months ago, which we’d like to sell to whoever moves in for £120. It’s a 3-door wardrobe and will stay in the room if purchased.
The flat has a huge, gorgeous living area with space for a desk if you work from home. Hybrid working is absolutely fine, but it probably wouldn’t suit someone who spends all day on calls, as I also works from home in the shared space.

The flat is in a really convenient spot in East London, with great transport links and everything you need close by.
🚆 Devons Road DLR: 5-minute walk
🚇 Bromley-by-Bow Underground: Around 15-minute walk (District and Hammersmith & City lines)
🚇 Mile End Underground :Just over a 20-minute walk (central line)
🛒 Tesco Express: Literally opposite the flat!
The building also has a concierge, and there’s a gym downstairs which you can join for an additional monthly fee.

💰 Rent & Bills
Rent: £1,150 per month
Bills: Approximately £190–£200 per month

👋 Who You’ll Be Living With
I’m Holly, a 29 year old working professional on a hybrid schedule. I usually spend my evenings cooking, going to the gym, and chilling out watching a film/series.
On the weekends, I tend to spend it with friends - in the pub or exploring London, seeing family, etc.
It would be great to find someone who is similar, who is respectful of the shared space and is clean and tidy.
Friends and partners are welcome round every now and then, and you should feel comfortable to make the flat you’re home.
Ideally looking for someone who is 26+ years old because I’d like to live with a mature, working professional.
