25 mins to Dalston/ Hackney.

The place is large, so people have a lot of space to live without being cramped and often we don't even realise we're in.
We are social, but mainly do our own thing.

The double room on 1st floor, has a comfortable double bed, storage shelves and under bed drawers plus a desk.

This house is really spacious and LGBTQ+ friendly.

I have a medium sized cute rescue dog, 'Star' - he's calm & doesnt wander into bedrooms, unless you ask him too.

The kitchen and bathrooms have tiled floors, a bath, showers and heated towel rails. The large wet room, washing machine and garden are on the ground floor.
The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
We have a fast wifi connection and Netflix.
All bedding and towels are 100% cotton.
Smokers can use the roof terrace, neither of us smoke.
There are 3 parks and green spaces in under a 2 minutes and 10 minute walk away and Hampstead Heath is 6 minutes on the overground
Oxford Street, Portobello and Camden market are 15 minutes away.
The house is fitted with smoke and security alarms, double glazed windows and has pink stonework. There are 4 large supermarkets on the main high street, just 2 blocks away, plus several large Mediterranean food stores, as well as 2 local organic markets at the weekend. There is a really good take away and food delivery service. The Kiln theatre and cinema are around the corner.
