Bright Double Room Sublet Near Queen’s Park

Hi! I’m subletting my room while I’m travelling over the festive break. It’ll be available from 23 December to 6 January.

The flat is in Brondesbury Park, close to the Overground station. Queen’s Park station and Salusbury Road are also around a 10-minute walk away.

It’s in a quiet residential area, close to Queen’s Park, with plenty of great pubs, coffee shops and the Sunday farmers’ market nearby.

There are excellent transport links, with the Bakerloo line, Overground and Jubilee line all within easy reach.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my flatmate, who works in marketing. Ideally, I’m looking for a young professional, though students are also very welcome.

The room is south-facing and overlooks the garden, so it gets lovely natural light. It’s genuinely a really nice spot for a short stay in London.

For the two weeks, I’m looking for £600 including bills, but I’m open to reasonable offers.
