Hi all, I am looking for someone to join the lease with me, private room to rent in lovely Brondesbury Park 2 bed flat, available technically from now & latest move in date would be end of November (28th).

Location: Brondesbury Park, near Queens Park / Kensal Rise, North West London

Rent: £1095

Bills (each): £210; electricity, water, internet & council tax (band D)

🔹Flat itself is 1st floor, flat building is small, gated area & and only 4 floors.

🔹Access to residents parking with spaces around back of flat if needed

🔹flat is 2 bedroom, with 1 shared bathroom (with bath & shower) and shared communal living space; kitchen, living room & dining area and cute balcony area

About the room:

🔹 double room & is part furnished; Bed, mattress , side draws included

🔹Wardrobe is built in, also lots of additional space that can be used if needed in the sitting room

🔹for reference, myself & my current flatmate have lived here coming up 4 years (she’s now moving out to live with her boyfriend!)

About me (the other Tennant!):

I’m Abi, I’m 30 & work in Beauty buying - 2/3 days in office & rest I do WFH.

In my spare time I’ll be seeing my friends (coffees, dinners, nights out), going to the gym or having a quiet evening in with a new book

The flat vibe is always pretty chill, clean & organised and somewhere to relax - so someone who likes a mix of an occasional / spontaneous social activity (I’m always up for a TV night with margs on Fridays or checking out a local bar that’s opened! ) with some quiet moments (work can be very busy at the best of times, so always super respectful & definitely understand the importance of needing alone time).

Tenancy & Contract Requirements:

🔹new tenant will be joining rolling contract with myself, flat is available from now (so super flexible for all of this month) but latest move in date would be 28th of November

🔹preference is someone looking to move in long term (8-12months+), room is suitable for single occupancy only & requiring of a full time working contract

🔹renting is done through private landlady, & for referencing, landlady will require: will references from work/landlord/2 months of bank statement/passport/right to rent info if applicable, you would also need to meet landlady as part of referencing process

🔹there is also a deposit required - £1205.75
