Located less than 1 minute walk from Caledonian Road Underground station in a secure well maintained building. The room has been recently decorated and new carpet fitted.

Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and one large and one small chest of drawers with access to the balcony which runs the length of the flat and can also be accessed from the living room.

All bills included, broadband, weekly cleaner and Sky Q in bedroom with Sky Sports/Movies and Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

The room is in a 2 bedroom flat shared with one other and would best suit a friendly, considerate professional age 30 plus. I am in the office 3/4 days a week and enjoy travelling, fitness and catching up with friends. I don't smoke but no problem with smoking on the balcony.
