Double Room Available King’s Cross | Islington

I’m moving out of my double room that is just a 3 minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station.

You will be living with 3 other girls in their 20’s who are super lovely and very social, but also understand the need for alone time. You’d be invited to the cinema, the pub, cafes, etc.

The room itself is furnished with a bed, huge wardrobe, bedside table, and dresser. There is also some shelving inside a wall cavity so even more storage. You are welcome to work from home either in the bedroom or in the lounge.

You will have access to a shared lounge & kitchen. There is one shower shared between 3 girls (one of the rooms has its own shower) and 2 toilets shared between the 4 of you.

Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Nisa, and a bunch of corner shops within a 5-min walk of the flat. Pharmacy also nearby.

Bills (gas, electric, council tax, water, and wifi) are around £90 in the summer and £150 in the winter.
