The flat is large, nice and warm, and with a large shared living room. It has been redecorated throughout and is fully furnished. There is very good security. On the first floor there is the living room where you can socialise. A large kitchen fully fitted with a washing machine, microwave, table and new fridge/freezer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The bathroom (with power shower) and separate toilet are on the mezzanine level. The flat is on the 4/5th floor of a low rise block.
