Studio room/garden annex - females preferred

Hi ! We have a studio in the bottom of the garden with a small bathroom and kitchenette. Access is through the flat (so letting as a room rather than a seperate space). I live here with my child, so we are pretty quiet but do have friends over etc and like the odd gathering.

The room is architect desgined concrete and plywood - very minimal but happy to add in bits of furniture for a longer-term lodger. The bed is a sofa-bed and is top-of the range and very comfortable. There is a large desk and wifi.

Would suit a female looking for somewhere fairly quiet with their own space. The kitchenette is really tiny so wouldn't really suit a passionate cooker sadly.
