The bedroom is bright and generously sized, furnished with a king-size bed. Opposite is a private study with desk and storage, ideal for reading or quiet work. The adjacent bathroom (with shower) is shared with one other lodger. The top floor layout offers a good degree of privacy from the rest of the house.
The house is warm, modern and light-filled. There is a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine, high-speed internet and an occasional cleaner. All household bills are included.
This is a friendly, well-run family home rather than a flatshare. I’ve had lodgers for many years and the arrangement tends to work smoothly, with people often staying around a year or more.
