Available from 1st December for 12 months for:
- a part time professional lodger Monday - Friday working in the city.
- part time student in Term time
- someone splitting time in London.

Crofton Road is a peaceful neighbourhood off tree lined Camberwell Grove. Walkable to Denmark hill, Dulwich, Camberell and Peckham.

Sharing with 2 others: 1 female lodger who lives on the third floor (Doctor, 30), my part time student lodger who stays in my guest bedroom for some of term and me (landlady, 37, Teacher, Actor and Public speaking coach)

15 minute cycle to the city centre, bus stop end of the road and nearest stations are Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill.
Parks walkable Burgess, Ruskin Park, Peckham and Dulwich Park. University of the Arts London and Kings College

Room has a private desk, blackout curtains, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, shelf, lamp, rug, storage and under bed storage.

Shared spaces:
You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook, a shelf and storage in the kitchen and a shared bathroom on the top of the house.

Please note that the advert and offer is for a bedroom only. There is no shared communal TV room. The house is a private family home, peaceful working studio and not a house share.

Suitable for someone who needs to be near the city for work and a calm, easy going environment to return to rest Monday - Friday.

Security deposit is £1000 returned at the end of your stay.
