We’re two professional men (ages 44 and 53) seeking a new housemate to join our vibrant, longer-term home. One of our spacious double bedrooms in our 3-bed, 2-bath apartment is available as our current roommate is moving out.

* Professionally, one of us works in the music industry, and the other is a successful DJ and internet entrepreneur.
* While we enjoy creativity and going out, we’re focused on building a home that’s more grounded, balancing fun with relaxation—no extensive hedonism here!
* We’re looking for a motivated, interesting professional who’s ready to join our home for the longer term. We want someone who values both independence and shared experiences, and is keen on making this space a home, not just a temporary stay.
