Available starting 3rd October for long term (you’d be living with John and Ty (who are amazing people - super chill, tidy, funny and considerate)
We are looking for only vegetarians or vegans to live here. (Strict on this one sorry!)
Amazing location - There are 4 bus stops dotted around the flat, 20 min walk from Oval and 12 min walk from Denmark hill station.
25 minute walk to Peckham or Brixton.
There are lots of amazing restaurants and pubs just within 5 minutes of walking yet the flat is protected from noise by the green separating us, it’s a peaceful environment.
They are looking to live with a tidy, clean and chilled person.
There is no shared living room but the bedroom is very spacious.
The rent is £775+ bills (£150)
