Our current flatmate is sadly moving back to her home country and we are on the hunt of our next new family member.
We are a friendly house hold of 3.
We all have known each other for a few years and we built this house because we all wanted a place to call and feel like home.
We want someone where we can enjoy a chat at the living room over a beer but also be respectful of personal space.
We have a beautiful garden that all love to enjoy and have had a fair amount of breakfasts out there.
The room is cozy and it has a fit in wardrobe.
The living room is very spacious and we have 1 toilet downstairs and 1 bathroom upstairs.
We are a creative/ambitious household I could say.
We all have our own side gigs apart from our main jobs.
We love a clean house and we run a cleaning rota to ensure this is met and everyone is happy.
Plese note, that the new tenant will need to pass right to rent checks and references are needed.
Part-timers will not be considered as there is a min. annual salary required to rent the room.
