The neighbourhood is safe and welcoming, with beautiful nearby green spaces including Lucas Gardens, Brunswick Park, and Burgess Park, so perfect for a morning jog or evening stroll.
Excellent transport links nearby, including Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill stations, plus buses 12, 171, 436, 36, and 456. Denmark Hill station is around a 15-minute walk away, and Elephant & Castle tube station is about 30 minutes by bus, with a bus stop just across the road for added convenience.
Short-term stays preferred. Part time also available. £70 per night or £1300 per month. Open to discussing longer arrangements if needed.
I'm hoping to share with someone who enjoys a quiet home life - perhaps more on the introverted side rather than into late-night socials with visitors. Ideally, you'd work some days from the office, as I work often from home and value a quiet space during the day.
