Sublet ensuite double room in Camberwell

My beautiful ensuite bedroom is available to sublet for 3.5 months from Dec 15th 2025 until end of March 2026. The rent for the room is £585 per month and bills are usually around £100 per month pp. This also includes a weekly cleaner. There are no fees!

We're looking for a mature (at least 28+), sociable, kind-hearted housemate to join us in our huge house near to South London Gallery and a short 10min walk to all the fun of Peckham Rye and Camberwell Green. We are an open, diverse home welcoming of people from all backgrounds, sexualities and gender identities. To help maintain the balance in the house, we are especially interested in hearing from women* and non-binary people. We like our house to feel like a home so someone who happily gets stuck in and wants to be part of the group is a must, but we do totally respect the need for space too. As we’re all living in the same space, cleanliness is important so we can all enjoy the space comfortably.

There are 8 other housemates - a range of creatives & professionals from London and around the world. Fear not - we're not a party house, although we do have the occasional celebration and/or impromptu drinks. We also like to go out for a drink, have house dinners, and watch movies on the projector together.

There’s plenty of space with a massive kitchen, a big garden and living area and even a small spare studio/music/art room. Please note that there are steps throughout the house and kitchen so it may be tricky for those with mobility challenges,

The room is a spacious bright double on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. The room comes fully furnished with bed + super comfy mattress, drawers, desk with great WFH setup and many plants.
