Large furnished en-suite room in a modern flat

All bills included, including a weekly cleaner. Available to individuals or couples (couples on a short term basis only). I'm a friendly flatmate, I'm happy to chat / socialise, but I also keep to myself alot. I have a professional job and I can't work from home, but my work days can vary.

I try to keep communal areas tidy but I'd prefer to live with someone who doesn't mind a bit of disorganisation from time to time.

There are a lot of buses that stop just outside the building and go into central London. It's 5 minutes walk to Camberwell shops, 15 minutes walk to Denmark Hill, a 15-20 min bus ride to Elephant & Castle and to Oval. There's also a mini supermarket just outside the building, and a secure bike storage.

There's a very safe entrance overlooked by the other flats if you're coming home late at night.

There's a TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a washing machine & dryer in one. (I don't have any streaming subscriptions but you are welcome to link yours up). There's also a large balcony that gets light in the mornings.

It's £1000 deposit and 1 month rent paid in advance. We can sign a lodger's agreement so everything is above board.

I'm very happy to have a chat on the phone or a video chat so you can get more of an idea of the place before coming to see it. (I used to rent, I remember how tiring flat viewings can be!)

I can't check messages easily at work, and my hours are long so please don't think I'm ignoring you if I don't reply right away.
