We’re looking for someone to join our lovely 4-bed, 3-storey house in SE5, ideally moving in around the 20th October.

It’s a spacious 3-storey house with loads of communal space, including:

• Plenty of space to hang out together without feeling on top of each other!

£670 per month
£1009 per month including bills

A small, bright room with large windows. Enough space for a double bed and storage.

THE HOUSEMATES

You’d be living with three genuinely lovely 27–30-year-olds who have been mates for years — working across design, charity and insurance.

It’s a friendly, relaxed house, and we’re looking for someone around a similar age and vibe who wants to live somewhere that feels like a home rather than just renting a room.

We all have our own lives going on, but enjoy hanging out together and are looking for someone friendly and sociable who’ll fit naturally into the house.
