2 Current Flatmates looking for 3rd flatmate

Hi, this ad is for a 3rd flatmate to help us fill the tenancy for this property in Camberwell. In the video provided, there are 3 double bedrooms, the room we need someone to fill is room 2 in the video and separately visible in the ad. The property comes fully furnished with double beds. 1 bathroom and has a small but charming living room.

1 Non-Binary individual (26)- Chinny
- This individual is neurodivergent
1 male Tuxedo Cat (1) - Calypso

For future tenant:
We prefer another queer/ AFAB and AuDHD friendly individual that is CLEAN and organised. We are open to meeting prior to signing. We have a cat so would prefer somebody who is good with cats / is not allergic. Since the property is in Camberwell, there are many local amenities, good transport links and restaurants. We’re a very close nit, diverse and multicultural household so would prefer someone who is willing to join in flat activities and be open to sharing their culture with us!
