Gorgeous room in Camberwell

helllooooo we are looking for a 4th flatmate for our new place in Camberwell! Rent is 825 + bills. Move in is November 11th so we cant do viewings but I have a video of the whole flat if you are interested. We need details before October 11th when our documents are due so need someone soon!

About the room:
HUGE! second largest in the house
on the ground floor but the home is in a mews so its really safe
right next to kitchen with a second door leading directly to the laundry units for easy access
can come as furnished or unfurnished as you want!

About the house:
the house is GORGEOUS with a huge living room, garden, beautiful kitchen with dishewasher, washer, dryer.
You’ll be sharing with me, my brother Gil, and our friend Svenja. Svenja and I are students at Camberwell and Gil works in advertising.
The house will be pretty chill but definitely social in communal spaces and there may be a party or two every now and again but always with notice and never wild or out of hand. The room is so big that you can definitely stay out of the way and have your own space.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for another girl as the communal bathroom is shared by the girls and ideally another young professional, someone around 24-30.
definitely looking for someone who will be social! we are all super friendly in the flat and want to hang out together at times , not looking for someone who wants to never engage with us
WFH is allowed as long as its not in communal spaces but the room has plenty of space for a working desk.
No pets unfortunately as some are allergic :(
You will be on the tenancy so youll need an employers reference, right to rent, to pass a salary check etc.
