Double room in Camberwell house

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our easy-going, queer-friendly house on the edge of Burgess Park, on the Camberwell/Walworth border.

The room is a furnished double, ready to move into, with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with just one other person. It’s quiet and comfortable, so it works well if you work from home.

There are three of us, all professionals aged 28–37. We’re a clean, friendly and respectful household and would love someone similar. The house has a spacious shared kitchen and living space and a lovely private garden. A cleaner comes in every two weeks for the whole house, and there’s free parking if you need it.

Rent is £995 per month, plus £175 per month for bills. That covers all utilities, council tac, WiFi and the cleaner.

Burgess Park is right on the doorstep, and Kennington and Elephant & Castle tubes are both about a 15-minute walk away. Buses into London Bridge and central London are easy, and we’re just outside Zone 1.
